In order to enable you to access the support you need during while these restrictions are in place, I am offering a limited number of FREE sessions per week during the government imposed lockdown, so that you are able to access the support you need at this time. I use a combination of therapies to help you to create lasting change in your life. These include Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP, Life Coaching, Psych K and EFT. These therapies are gentle yet powerful, and you can create change easily and surprisingly quickly. I use them in a carefully balanced way to meet the needs and goals of each person I work with.

Clinical Hypnotherapy is a gentle, enjoyable, and relaxing process which gives us access to a wider range of our skills and abilities than we are normally conscious of. It offers a very effective set of tools and techniques that enable you to change the thought patterns (neural pathways) that create your behaviour for new, more useful and effective ones.
Life coaching is a process designed to take you from where you are today to where you want to be. It can help you work out what you want in your life and increase your ability to achieve your goals.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and PSYCH-K® provide simple and effective ways of changing old unconscious beliefs and habits that sabotage you, into new ones that support you to create the life you want to live.
